MY STORY
Born between two worlds, French and Salvadoran, I grew up surrounded by the smell of freshly harvested coffee on my grandfather's farm and the warmth of my parents' restaurant, boulangerie, and pastry shop, where I learned early that food is never just food. It's culture, craft, and story. That childhood gave me a deep respect for artisans and the hands behind every product, and a passion for making their work visible.
I'm Sophie, trilingual, with a photographer's eye, a storyteller's instinct, and a deep love for brands that have something real to say.
My path has taken me from the sourcing side of coffee at Belco, to wine at Vinatis, to roasting at Lomi, each step bringing me closer to what truly drives me: the people, the craft, and the experience behind what we eat and drink. Along the way I picked up a Master's in Communication specialized in gastronomy, and discovered a real love for photography and content creation. Dynamic, optimistic, and endlessly curious, I thrive at the intersection of strategy and creativity, balancing both to capture gastronomy and everyday moments with intention, transforming them into visuals that are as meaningful as they are memorable.
I'm the kind of person who smiles too easily, cares too much about the details, and genuinely believes that good things deserve to be done well. If there's a better way to tell a story, I'll find it - probably while drinking a very good coffee.

Determination
When I set my mind on something, I throw myself into it and don't let go until it's right. Nine years of competitive swimming in El Salvador, followed by track and field, taught me that results come to those who stay committed - even when it gets hard.
Optimism
I naturally look for solutions rather than obstacles, which keeps projects moving and teams energised. I bring positive energy to every environment and believe the best work happens through kindness and genuine collaboration.
