Redesigning the B2B experience
I worked alongside the UX team to rethink the B2B page, aiming to simplify the user journey and create a more modern, accessible interface for professional clients. The process began with a competitor benchmark, then expanded to cross-industry research to explore how other sectors approach usability and visual clarity. From these insights, I developed a Figma concept that restructured the page and clarified the user flow, providing a strong foundation for the UX team to build on.
