Poco a Poco is a Bean to Bar and Farm to Bar chocolate factory with a distinctive, vertically integrated approach.
By owning its own plantation in El Salvador, the brand controls the entire production process, a rare model followed by less than 1% of chocolatiers. This direct sourcing brings authenticity, traceability, and added value for both hospitality clients and end consumers. The brand operates across both B2B and B2C, offering chocolate designed for professional use as well as for direct consumption.

Below is a selection of projects developed entirely by me for this brand : creative strategy, art direction, and photography.
From Farm to Bar
Understanding where chocolate comes from changes the way you consume it. This series was created with two goals in mind: document the craft behind Poco a Poco's chocolate, and educate their audience about what the farm to bar approach truly means in practice.
Shot in a reportage style, the images follow the process from the arrival of the beans to the finished pieces, with hands at the center of every frame. Everything at Poco a Poco is made by hand, and making that visible was the whole point.
Each image is designed to inform without lecturing, and to make a complex process feel honest and worth caring about. Together they form an ongoing social media series that builds brand image while helping customers make more conscious choices when buying chocolate.
Visual content creation through studio photography

I produced studio photography for both the website and B2B catalogues, targeting clients such as offices and companies offering corporate gifts during key periods of the year, including Christmas.
These are a selection of my favorite images created for Poco a Poco. Photographing chocolate requires a high level of precision, with a strong focus on texture, cleanliness, and detail to achieve clean, refined, and visually appealing compositions.
Seasonal Campaigns - Strategy & Creative Direction
Chocolate follows the rhythm of the year. For every key moment : Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day.
I build a full creative concept from strategy to final image, combining studio and on-site photography.
For Easter, I developed a visual universe rooted in "the farm" : its textures, its light, its rawness. Every image was designed with purpose: aligned with the brand's story and built for social media performance.

Poco a Poco's tablets in the field
Four origins, four packaging colors, one brand. This selection brings together tablet photography shot on location: in the grass, among wildflowers, and on natural surfaces, working with existing light and whatever the environment offers. Whether flat on the ground or arranged on a table, the approach stays the same: let the light lead. Shadows become part of the composition, packaging textures come alive, and each image feels grounded in something real.
Created for social media and the brand's broader digital communication.
Café Moments
Hot chocolate, espresso, a quiet table by the window. This selection captures Poco a Poco's drinks in their natural habitat, at the chocolate shop and in partner coffee shops serving the brand's products.
Some shoots are planned, others respond to real-time needs and opportunities. Either way, I adapt to the environment, working with the available space, the angle of the light, the texture of a surface, the shadow of a nearby plant.
Natural light only. It creates the soft, warm atmosphere that suits both the product and the brand.
Created for social media, and occasionally adapted for print materials like flyers.
Video as a storytelling tool

I create short-form video content tailored for social media, experimenting with formats, rhythm, and visual storytelling. With each project, I refine my approach : from shooting to editing, developing a sharper understanding of what resonates and performs across platforms.
I started by shooting on iPhone and progressively elevated my work by incorporating professional camera equipment.
This video performed strongly due to its authentic and humorous tone, which resonates well with social media audiences. It offers a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Easter chocolates, giving insight into the chocolatiers’ work directly in the workshop.
By combining storytelling, transparency, and a light, engaging approach, the content reflects the brand’s identity while making the process accessible and relatable.
I created an introductory video to launch the summer drinks campaign, designed to tease the audience and build anticipation around the new cold beverage offering. This first piece sets the narrative and will be followed by content showcasing each drink available in-store throughout the season.

Filmed with a professional camera, the video brings a higher level of detail and visual quality, enhancing the overall impact.
